Terms of Service

1. Accounts and workspaces

You need an account to use the Service. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

Accounts belong to a workspace (an organisation). The workspace's administrators can invite and remove members, change roles, see usage, and manage billing. If your workspace removes you, you lose access to its content.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• create or spread malware, spam, or content that sexualises minors;
• harass, threaten or defraud others;
• try to get around usage limits, security controls or billing, or to access another workspace's data;
• break the usage policies of the AI model providers the Service connects to.

We may suspend an account that puts the Service or other people at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to what you put into the Service (messages, files, instructions) and to what it produces for you. You give us only the permission we need to run the Service for you: to store, process and transmit your content, including sending it to AI model and search providers to answer your requests.

4. AI output

Answers, files and images are produced by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important before you rely on it. You are responsible for how you use the output.

5. Plans, payment and cancellation

The Free plan costs nothing. A paid plan is bought one month at a time for the whole workspace, at the price shown on the pricing page when you buy. Prices are in US dollars; payments made in tögrög are converted at the exchange rate at the time of payment.

Payments are made by QR code or by card and are handled by third-party payment processors. Card payments carry a 1% fee, shown before you pay. No card is stored and nothing is charged automatically: shortly before a month ends we issue an invoice for the next one, and you renew by paying it.

AI usage beyond what your plan includes is paid for in advance with credit. Credit is used up by usage and is not refundable once used.

You can stop at any time by not renewing. The plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change features or the models on offer; if a change takes away something material from a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

7. Ending your use

You can export your data and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end these terms for an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks them.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what your workspace paid us in the three months before it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date and, for significant changes, tell workspace administrators in advance.
